we think we come across a certain way and give a certain message. We may even be dressed to match what we think communicates that way to inspire others, to give that well-intended message. We have the powerful strategies and cases to support everything we say. But our bodies have deeply-imprimed ways of communicating what we have long carried in us, silently guiding the words we choose and what we react to. Then like driverless cars, we find ourselves on the uninspiring highways of stress, pressure and the unknown.
Join us from anywhere online to experience of how it is to shift from personality to centre. This is a wonderful primer for Level 1 when we take on your questions that emerge; when we cultivate greater presence, confidence and compassion through embodying our most inspiring qualities.
You emerge from our hour with visceral experience of the leadership competencies that afford presence, and the centring practice at the heart of Leadership Embodiment - that is yours for life.

“What does CENTRING offer in difficult times?"
Challenge: How long is this going to be?
Centring: Time can open up
In Asia, we felt the first waves late January, so there is a chronic background stress for months now. In our practice, we say "don't stay there for too long", and centre. Well, there is great aspect of not being in control of how long this goes. Centring, has helped me be present and relax time-keeping. I'll like to contribute that where Time can feel tight and claustrophobic, Centring has brought lots of big-picture thinking and long-term perspective for me.
Challenge: Plans, projects and results blowing up. Pressure to adapt.
Centring: See Big-Picture, Visionary thinking for long-haul innovations
For my clients, while being swamped with pressure of having to adapt to global impact - sales down 80% is hard to ignore, they are also fearful of losing their wealth in share value; the markets are losing average 35%. I offered Centring with inspirations has a way of "relaxing" the need to follow every pike and fall of their share values, looking at the longer horizon, breathing the long full breath than the panicky breath.
Socio-cultural Challenge: Blaming and Fear
Centring: Self-care (vertical) and Inclusiveness (horizontal)
In the beginning there was also blaming (low-key racism) eg mainland Chinese were viewed as separate. I recently read testimonials from Italians of feeling being treated like lepers. We had passive aggression between Chinese and Singaporeans right in a meditation retreat! People get nervous, easily triggered and can feel defensive or attacked. Centring supports staying open in conversations and working on moving through challenge together. We give you the practices and forms for the common team inspiration/declaration to be more interesting than "Blame".
I offer appreciation to the space that all our sharing of this work, and our heightened inspiration, and the global wake-up call is naturally preparing us and our would-be beneficiaries for more sanity and Noble in-person contributions to come.
