- LE model : the “How” of cultivating Presence, Confidence and Compassion.
- Learn the simple and effective tool of Centring. A technique that allows us to recover quickly (while under stress/ pressure) to a more skillful, inclusive and inspired part of ourselves.
- Discover your unique “Signature Stress Pattern.” This habit of how we react to pressure is engrained and limiting. When we can see how our body habitually reacts, we can then apply the Centring techniques and have CHOICE in how we respond.
- Build confidence to apply Centring techniques immediately in your everyday life, through simulated "difficult conversations" and conflicts.
- Be a positive power in the world. It does not serve us or others to dim ourselves. We give you the specific physical forms and focus points so you can grow the capacity to speak your truth with magnetic inspiration.
- Create your own daily practice plan with reminders you can set for your devices. To create a new habit, you need daily practice and we can get you started!
LE Online includes instructional video tutorials, inquiry questions, shared learning and digital practice reminders. The LE Online platform is desktop and mobile friendly.

Learn to communicate the message of inclusiveness - “we are in this together” - both verbally and non-verbally. 70% of communication is non-verbal. Do you know what messages you are sending? The LE techniques for Inclusiveness support you to communicate your message with warmth and connection leading to more ease and confidence.

Key to having more powerful conversations, is the ability to listen without taking it personally. When you can be more open and receptive during a conversation, even if you don’t agree or like what is being said, you may find value that you otherwise would not have perceived. Even if you still disagree or don’t see value in what’s said, the LE Centred Listening techniques can help you speak what’s true for you in the situation and move more skilfully through the conversation.
LE Module 3 - SPEAKING UP: The ability to take a stand for something even in the face of opposition, as you stay inspired and magnetic. The LE techniques for skilfully Speaking Up can help you unify your message and communicate that message with more clarity and precision.

Paul Ciske, PhD
Paul has studied with Wendy since 1989. Working as a Neurologic Bodyworker and Movement Coach, he improves pain and performance in his clients. He received his Ph.D. from the University of Michigan in physiology where he studied the effects of chronic stimulation on muscle regeneration. He is certified by the American College of Sports Medicine as both an Exercise Specialist and Program Director. He is an Advanced certified Proprioceptive - Deep Tendon Reflex® (P-DTR®) Practitioner, a Master level certified Muscle Activation Techniques® (MAT) Specialist, a Z-Health® Certified Professional Master Trainer and a Resistance Training Specialist® (RTS®).
He is also an accredited T'ai Chi Chih instructor and inventor of the patented CISKE Comfort Cushion that supports the head, neck, and back.

FAQ
- How does it work? This programme interweaves LIVE - small group virtual live coaching training sessions (see the LIVE curriculum and schedule above) alongside your individual LE online learning, based on our carefully designed synchronisation of timing and flow between the two. There will also be a private community group where you can connect with other LE practitioners and ask us anything you like for the duration of the class.
- Is it possible to join only the LIVE part of the Resilience To Brilliance programme? No. The potency of Resilience To Brilliance is in the interweaving of LE Online and our 7 LIVE sessions that accompany your process and that of the collective group. As a cohort, you benefit from a dynamic container as each person contributes her/his unique learning AND draws from our collective live enquiry that includes evidence-based collective data ie. patterns that show up within your cohort. Together, this offers "time-release" depth and an enlivening flow with supportive structure for using LE in life.
- Can I join if I've never attended any LE Introduction session - online nor in-person? YES! We shall send you the recording of the LE Introduction that you are required to complete as your Pre-requisite. Watch it prior to the Kickoff LIVE session.
- What if I already have an account on LE Online, can I still join Resilience To Brilliance? YES! Register for Resilience To Brilliance with the same email address as your LE Online account. Indicate on your form that you already have a LE Online account [check the box]. Your data will be mapped to the cohort's data with confidentiality.
- I've done LE Online, so would Resilience To Brilliance be of benefit to me? Through the LIVE group sessions you will receive supplemental exercises that are not on LE Online. The group sessions offer the opportunity to partner in exercises that one cannot do alone. We feel this brings value, and are happy to confirm that with moneyback guarantee for the LIVE part of this programme.
- How much time do I need to dedicate between each LIVE session? It varies on the session and the individual. To give you an idea, here's the time that an average participant dedicates over the LIVE sessions 1-4:
- Prework takes 10mins (add 1.5 hour to watch the LE Intro video if you did not attend it "live");
- after session 1 takes up to 1 hour 20 mins;
- after session 2 takes up to 1 hour;
- after session 3 takes up to 33 mins;
- after session 4 takes up to 50 mins
This Journey is dedicated to fire up inspiration and stoke the spirit of loving practice.
Don't practice in the vacuum of your self-expectations. Augment energy for yourself and other as we "hold hands" metaphorically in online guided practice.
Learn and practise being like Triangles, and like Circles. They are primodial shapes that excite how we can bring more Benevolent Power into our lives. Take the emotional story out of practice to let focus and bouyancy emerge.
