Centring
Centring is the first step in Leadership Embodiment - a practice for Presence, Confidence and Compassion.
The practice of Centring cultivates LE's three leadership competencies:
These energetic Leadership Competencies support leaders in big-picture thinking, risk-taking, creativity and intuition. It is akin to connecting to Flow states or being "in the zone" even under intense situations. The practice starts with this Basic humble way of relating to space, that draws from the non-violent martial art aikido, mindfulness and neuroscience.

- Support a daily practice of Centring - as a primer for the three Leadership Embodiment competencies

How to Commit to a Centring practice
1/ Watch Video 1A. Practise along with the demonstration. For ongoing practice, simply use this video as often as you need.

4/ Set yourself a Ritual practice:
